Go to Administration >> General Settings.
Under "Time Configuration", verify the Time Zone is set to "UTC".
If the Time Zone is not "UTC", this is a finding.

Go to Administration >> General Settings.
Under "Time Configuration", configure the Time Zone to "UTC".
