Our Mission
STIG Viewer was created to provide easy access to Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) published by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Our mission is to simplify cybersecurity compliance by making STIG content searchable, accessible, and easy to understand.
We believe that security compliance should be straightforward, not overwhelming. By providing a modern, user-friendly interface to STIG data, we help security professionals, system administrators, and compliance officers efficiently implement DoD security requirements.

Data Source
All STIG content is sourced directly from the official DISA STIG Library. We automatically process and import the latest STIGs each quarter when DISA releases updates.
Note: STIG Viewer is an independent tool and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by DISA or the Department of Defense. We provide this service as a community resource to improve access to publicly available STIG data.
Updates & Notifications
DISA typically releases updated STIGs on a quarterly basis. When new STIGs are published, we update STIG Viewer within a few days. Sign up for our newsletter to receive notifications when new STIGs are available.
