$ sudo grep -iwR 'ALL' /etc/sudoers /etc/sudoers.d/ | grep -v '#'

/etc/sudoers:%wheel ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL
If the either of the following entries are returned, including their NOPASSWD equivalents, this is a finding:
